Gymmaxing my whole body ofc like what the thread said but there should be something here right? And if so what are some exercises to target it?

pretty sure it’s just ur bicep and shoulder insertions

but ig growing ur biceps and front delts would make it look better

there is no muscle to train,that is your tendon,it can grow but a lot slower than muscles and it will never noticed
