The things one does for view farming... Its getting so obvious at this point. On instagram you got people who say shit like mis-pronouncing celebrates names so bad so viewers rush in to comment to point out the mistake. Or they purposely say some part of a overall factual video wrong so viewers correct it.

It is a possibility that he could genuinely feel this way. But regardless, this guy has gotten thousands of people calling him out. Now the only thing that he has done right is he made it subtle , such as his videos on why its better to be a man then a roasties. While he made some points right, he doesn't address the core issue of how for the average man they have practically zero romantic prospects while the average women has more prospects then a chad does. This level of inequality isn't sustainable so technically their isn't really much benefit to being a man.

So overall it could be an elaborate view farm trick and then he will go back to his usual ways, or he really has become blue-pilled to cope with the blackpill.

But we have to be comfortable with our bodies. I would never wish to be a woman as while being with a man has its challenges , I have managed to work through them.
