actually pretty good recently surprisingly, fully over my amphetimine withdrawals.

rn mainly just trying to create routines to try to balance optimization as well as results. i’ve created a whole bunch and have done them for a week but it’s going to just require the discipline to keep them up.

also im finally actually dyeing my hair this week so that’ll be kind of interesting

stopped taking 80 mg of vyvanse a day and 4-500 mg of caffeine a day. really trying to focus on anti aging/lonegtvity now, but taking all those stims was doing the exact opposite.

also stopping all UV exposure, so i’m prob gonna get pale asf. blonde and pale looks like complete shit so i’m going to dye my hair dark brown. should create a pretty mogger contrast with pale skin, dark brown hair, and blue eyes
