It’s true that race-mixing does lead to ugly offspring a lot of the time, especially with certain combinations (white-asian) (black-indian) (black-asian) but there’s also a lot of subhuman whites with deformed faces and <70 IQ’s that should not reproduce
stipulations:
1. Anybody sharing over 40% of the same heritage can breed. For example somebody 45% white, 30% black, 25% Native American, would be able to mate with a full white person.
