Just did an x-ray of my left hand. I'm 16 y/o, currently 183 cm.
Trying to figure out if I still have any growth potential left or if it's over.
Any growthmaxx bros here who can tell if plates are closed or not?


Goal is 190 cm. Don’t want to cope if it’s already over.

you shoudln't have gotten one at your wrists cause they usually close a year or two before the ones at your wrists and ankles

the bones in ur fingers look fused but the wrist may not be fully closed
