Yh same my ortho said she wouldn't give me a palate expander i got braces instead i have an 8 teeth smile tho

shi never mind u js had a horrible angle. nice eye shape and canthus its just assymetry and the right eye looks better than the left, still esr is bad but ipd is decent

im no expert with this stuff but you should definitely do a lot of research and find a proper consult who works with palatal expansion for this before making any rash decisions

this is definitely a narrow palate

and IIRC the only way braces would fix the 6 tooth smile is if they opt to bring the front of the teeth back (which will literally remove projection from your lower maxilla)

when you have your natural post-swallow tongue posture and open your mouth, take a picture of how your tongue rests. can the entire tongue fit in your palate or are the edges overlapping your teeth? also, are you able to breathe through your nose no problem awake and asleep?

Yes now i can sleep nose breathing altough idk 100% if mid sleep as well but im 99.9 % i wakeup nose breathing
