Xanax for anxiety?

Has any1 tried Xanax ? I’ve heard it helps with anxiety.

Do not touch anxiety, i had a friend who's entire life was destroyed because of that stuff. I also have anxiety, facing ur anxieties are the best course of action. Also finding the root of your anxiety is a good way to solve ur issue.

Socially traumatic experiences from childhood/teenage years have made me feel small and worthless. But I also have this huge ego sometimes and I daydream about being this super confident guy with a lot of social status.
