Why do people always check their wrists lmfao it means almost nothing, the wrist is only used to check the bone aging and doesn't actually contribute to your height.

Knee or spine xray is all that actually matters as that's what produces longitudinal growth

Well yeah..? when you stand do you stand on your arms or your legs and spine:eek:That's why wrist doesn't matter that much, it's mainly used for assessing bone age
