so the dentist said im borderline recessed. some of my ratios are beyond ideal by a few degrees but within "normal range". I have an uneven lower and upper jaw, molar buried deep up in my upper jaw which causes more asymmetry and he said i can get surgery for it if i want to fix the asymmetry. So i'm thinking to get lefort 2 or 1 because my maxilla is so recessed, i have deep smile lines, sagging skin and a hollow dark under eye are at 17. So what do yall think

Fatgraft for under eyes, and then a slight bimax, maybe jaw implants because you seem to have some lack in the gonion area

thats what i've been telling my parents but the dentist says "We're going to mask your flaws with braces and MSE" which total cope and bs to me, but of course my parents can't believe shit from me unless its from a fuckass doc with phd
