i am getting braces soon with elastic bands, no teeth extractions, my orthodontist told me that those braces will bring my lower jaw a bit forward, widen my dental arch and bring my upper teeth a bit up since they are blocking my lower ones. what i wanted to ask is what can i expect from them and what else can i do to ascend, both softmax and hardmax

good luck with your braces anon hopefully they work better than the bonesmashing you've been relying on fr get some good sleep n eat well that shit helps posture too tbh
