I mean it looks relatively long irl, so thats all that matters.
The distance between your temporomandibular joint and the gonion region is definitely not long in the scan but I have seen much worse.

Overall your dimorphism is good still.

No, not significantly at least. Slight gains are always possible though.
I do not believe your bone mass is a problem though. Your chin is projected and your browridge appears well developed and thick.
