xylometazoline fucked me up help

So like i had stuffy nose once and a family member got me nasal spray specifically the one called otrivin advance.

I didn't know ts had xylometazoline + my retard ass forgot to do research about this shit now i'm having bad nasal rebound because of the addiction is there anything I can do to fix or i gotta visit an ENT ???

YES pseudo will dry up the inside of your nose and it will make the mucus go away for about 9hours +-, I take Comtrex cold because it's the cheapest lol, any tab with pseudo will do the job as long as it's 25mg minimum P.S. it also had Chlorpheniramine which provided a synergetic effect

Yeah, only 1 side effect, your nose might become too dry and might get a nosebleed, especially if it's itchy and you blow it hard
