I went on the treadmill, the place was humid and uncomfortable.

Also the sunscreen i applied earlier was getting in my eyes burning them

Got suuuperr sweaty, Overall i looked debloated a bit and just went on the treadmill for just under an hour.

Idk how i feel abt the gym
