The only stuffs that works without risk in order of importance are

1. leanmaxing to 10-12%
2. neckmaxxing (the most important muscle because it improves your facial aesthetics indirectly, basically every male looks better with a thick neck)
3. beardfrauding for those that need it, stubble for those that don't and are not pretty boys
4. shouldermaxxing for frame frauding
5. massetermaxxing for those that need it to improve harmony
6. tattoos, expecially hand, neck and face ones, will masc your whole appearance
7. piercings if you have soft features, basically they are by itself also soft features so you will look prettier
8. shoe lifts + yoga and exercise to avoid getting bad posture from them
9. skin colorationmaxxing + skin care

If you happen to benefit from all of these things you might legit get go from normie to entry level chad

what method for temporary gaining height? also what about eye pulling? i use lenses everday, does that count?
