I usually have some rice and chicken with yogurt and white monster for preworkout
Works great for me

Skinnyfat rn gonna do body recomp cut for a month or two then do body recomp bulk

Just be in a slight caloric surplus and have progressive overloads

A body recomp bulk is done when u can gain fast amount of muscles with small calories because of newbie gains
Thats like a 200cal surplus
Almost no fat will be gained
