in case of any investigation by law enforcement or federal entities, everything in this post is satire and intended as a joke

To give context on the whole situation, I've been in a really shitty spot since I was about 12 since I was becoming more aware of why I was feeling the way I had felt around that age. I was homeschooled until my freshman year of high school, so before that point I literally had no interaction with people other than family and doctors. That highly, quite permanently, fucks up your ability to socialize. Naturally I had a hard time with friends and social circles in high school since that was literally the first time I had been able to talk to people in my age range, leading to my mental state worsening even more as time went on. Compounding on to that is the fact that I was a very late bloomer with low natural testosterone. All of this led to the issues you could expect like no friends, no success in dating, etc. I started working where I work during my junior year of high school, about 9 months ago now and in order to get along with my coworkers I had to act a very specific way whenever we talked. Most of them were very neutral towards me at first which just made me feel even more isolated since all of them were a lot less inclined to talk to me than to other coworkers, and I was highkey a background character for a while. Eventually, my coworkers started liking me more, and I started working more with this one girl who seemed to really get along with me. It's worth noting at this point that I was the only guy there except one other one who barely works and is like 30 something. Off rip she was incredibly friendly to me, she'd compliment me a lot, she'd come and find me at work just to talk, and we'd playfully argue about a ton of stuff all the time and ragebait each other. She'd hug me a lot, she'd tell me she missed me whenever it'd been a while since we last worked, she'd make me do dances with her, just a bunch of stuff. It sounds so fucking corny but she was literally the first person in my life to make me feel like a person and like I had worth. She made me feel like I was the first choice even if it was just something as little as being the first choice of who to talk to at work. Point being here, she was/is my only source of validation and feeling of worth. I was in such a shitty mental state at this point in time that the only thing keeping me going was the thought of seeing her again. I just let it drag on and on for a couple months because I was so scared that if I asked her out or something that I'd make it weird and lose what I already had with her. It was becoming obvious to all of our managers that I had a thing for her, so I'm fairly certain they all knew, including the one that this post is about since she makes the schedules and is the big boss.

Onto the actual subject of the post now. Right at the end of June she left for a 1 month trip overseas which I was pretty sad about because I wouldn't get to see her for a while. A few days after she left, my manager came up to me while I was at work and told me that she had finally hired another guy, which I was kind of happy about because it'd mean the bullshit would be split between me and him instead of just me. But almost immediately after telling me this, she started absolutely STRESSING how much taller than me he is, how successful he is, how funny he is, etc. I didn't think much of it because that was the first time it happened, but as time went on she would keep bringing up this same stuff, but only when I was in the conversation. If she was talking about him to anyone else, she wouldn't bring it up. Eventually my other coworkers started doing the exact same shit to me because they had all met him before I got a chance to, so for like a week straight I was being told basically that I was nothing compared to him, over and over again by the same people. It kind of did hurt me because as I mentioned before I already feel worthless, being put down like that makes it a lot worse. Anyway I finally met the guy after a week of that, and yes everything they were saying is true about him. He's literally 6'8, plays college baseball, he's funny, he's more charismatic than me, he's not nd, better than me in every way shape and form. I had nothing against the guy at all, I just started disliking a lot of my coworkers because they would continually just rub it in my face about how much better he is than me for some reason.

After like 2 weeks of the girl being gone, I had actually started feeling like I was going insane since she is literally my only source of happiness and purpose and feeling of worth. Did a lot of stupid shit while I was in a bad spot, ended up with a really bad speeding ticket, overdosed on some shit but didn't end up in the hospital, elite level rotting, etc. Her being gone + me being put down by everyone else led to that really bad state, I had also started taking tren just before she left which might be affecting it.

So, she gets back home from her trip either today or tomorrow, and so I checked the schedule at my work since I've been dying to see her again and I wanted to know when I'd be able to. On our schedule, which is made 3 weeks in advance, our shifts do not overlap at all for the entire 3 weeks. But hers and the new guy's shifts overlap 5 times and match twice despite us having the EXACT same availability. Just seeing that, you could pass it off as a coincidence and that it's not that deep, but I KNOW that my manager knows I like the girl, and she seemed the opposite of supportive of it even though she didn't directly address it. Maybe I'm completely fucking delusional but to me it seems right now that she's trying to get me away from the girl and trying to make her lose any interest in me by shoving the better option in her face.

I'm not exaggerating or being dramatic when I say she was literally the only person or thing in my life to make me feel like it's worth it to keep going. If she loses interest in me because of this or it shifts to the new guy I swear to God I'm killing him, my manager, and myself

did read, honestly seems like a horrible situation:trepidation:. Idk if your manager is trying to sabotage you or not, doesn’t really change anything ngl. I think your best bet would be to ask her out before she really gets to know the new guy (in a jbf type fashion) cause otherwise she’s gonna be gone anyways.

it depends if she is nd or not

Bc if so then I don’t see why she would go for him

And if she’s been talking to u that means she’s at least interested in u for now

Make a move soon ‼️‼️‼️

hope everything works out
