Ur ipd is cooked, ur nose is too wide on the top and ur asymmetrical, you also have protruding ears (i understand i have them too)


Surgery’s reccomended; rhinoplasty, otoplasty (one of the best ROI surgery’s), orbital box osteotomy (personally don’t reccomend but will fix ipd)
