So, I saw and heard that red light therapy is really good for the skin etc. on this forum and other places and I decided to ask my mom if we by AnY ChaNcE have a red light lamp at home, and we fucking do, I think it is 625nm. It was all dirty and shit, took some alchohol and cleaned it up, time to make my skin fucking glow.
