Yes, you can trust me! From my years of boxing(mostly barehand), I've conditioned my knuckles and have grown them up to 5mm Outwards, specifically the middle finger and index finger knuckles. I've also been BSing for almost a year now.

BSing is meant to target areas where bone is closest to the skin covered minimally by the periosteum.

Cortical Micro-Fractures: Instead of building up, the bone breaks down internally faster than it can rebuild, leading to painful stress fractures!

THIS IS WHY WE NEED TO CONTROL THE INTENSITY OF OUR BONE SMASHING SESSIONS TO MAXAMISE BONE GROWTH NOT BONE DETERIORATION!

Then how do we target the bone directly you ask?

Unfortunately we cannot target most areas as they are covered by subcutaneous fat, fascia, muscle, and a specialized membrane called the periosteum.

But there are facial bone groups such as the nasal bone(which we will not be bone-smashing in almost all cases), zygomatic bone(jackpot🤩) specifically the arch leading back towards the ear located on the side of the zygos, and the mandible specifically the inferior border(perfect for lengthening the lower third).

Facial fibrosis is the excessive buildup of tough, fibrous scar tissue and collagen under the skin, which happens much more rapidly and extensively than actual bone growth unfortunately.

'Cortical Thickening' is when bone-building cells (known as osteoblasts) are stimulated by mechanical stress(In this case BSing), they deposit minerals on the outer shell of the bone. This increases the bone's cross-sectional width, making it structurally sturdier against bending and twisting.

Why did we need to know of this information you ask?

Well with all this evidence backing up my argument Bone Smashing will indeed work if:

Functional Hardening:
(Occasional Overload)
15% Permanent Fibrosis
85% Bone Growth but not enough to improve angularity visibly.

Chronic Inconsistency:
(Frequent training on sore bones)
40% Permanent Fibrosis
60% Bone Growth greater growth than occasional overload.

Structural Failure:
(Ignoring sharp pains from the overworking of bones)
80% Permanent Fibrosis
20% Permanent Bone + Higest possibility of eye sight loss and obliterated nerves.

Therefore Chronic Inconsistency would be the ideal BSing guide for maximum angularity improvement and least negative side effects.

We should prioritize Cortical Thickening rather than Cortical Micro-Fractures.
