fme plus protraction devices if you're serious about expansion and forward movement without surgery

I am trying the pulling helmet and will be sleeping in it for the next few months (16 hours a day) so just keep an eye on my posts. I am going to document a 3 month difference and weather it works or not at 19.

This method is very interesting, thanks for sharing.

fme is bone borne and once the palantine sutures have been split protraction devices can move the maxilla forward with pterygoid process remodeling.

unless your palantine sutures have been split to encourage free movement along the rest of the fissures, very unlikely for protraction devices to do anything. especially if it's a helmet device. you need a device that's anchored to your body and doesn't retrude your chin or impinge on your forehead so you can have greater force application

Would you say sutures would most likely close by 15

I want to buy a regular non bone anchored expander but i dont think it will work and dentists in the ukw itn give out x rays for no reason

you break the sutures with bone borne devices like fme or mse 2.0 with piezo or cortical pilot hole assistance. if you're young enough it can break with no surgical intervention at all
