I think cold approach is cringe personally, you should only approach if a woman makes strong eye contact is purposefully standing very close to you within 1 to 50 cm space. In the gym they may purposefully use the machine next to you or do squats in front of you.

You just say hi, introduce yourself, small talk and exchange contact info. You can also just ask what she is doing now and go for a quick mini date.

All of this is effortless (if you ignore the anxiety a lot of men have) because she is already interested, if she makes strong eye contact she has a drop in her panties, that's the bottom line. The responses you will get from those women compared to cold approaching is laughable it makes my heart cringe when I see PUAs trying their tactics on women that are not interested in them. So much effort studying that PUA crap for lukewarm results, those are the true autistcells, imagine not being able to know whether a woman likes you are not when you are in public or socializing, brutally over. Or you must be so hideous that no women has ever shown a sign of interest. Equally brutal.

i never heard that word warm approach. if you meet in club or streets it's cold approach. it tells me that you haven't approached at least 100 women...

I just explained it to you and you are still to dumb to understand it, smh, deleting account fuel. Women show interest first then you approach = warm approach. Women hasn't show any sign of interest you just approach because you think she is hot = cold approach.

I get 5 to 10 strong eye contacts and smiles a day from women and these are the moderate signs I am keeping it humble. This is the only theory that makes sense to me from PUA all the other stuff is overcomplicated bs.

And yes I suck at approaching, fortunately I don't need it do it often since women make it easy for me. Good to know you had to train and practice approaching JFL
