but after i took a walk in the nature and talked out loud my own thoughts, it gave me a sense of relief momentarily. i don't know whether to laugh hysterically or break down and cry over the fact that i literally have no one to talk to irl

Iam an over thinker and I tend to analyze everything I do/did, I remember every single time someone tried getting close to me and I choose to push them away on the prenotion of me not wanting to hurt them in the future (as in dissaper or stop returning messages)

Whenever I feel like iam about to implode from the inside out, I have a couple of ways to destress, one of the more lonely ones is when I go on a car ride around my neighbourhood, car windows down, playing low jazz, while just screaming my thoughts aloud, all of anger dissolves by the time I return to my house.

I took my brother out with me on one of these car rides, he got scared of me half way through lol, I was too intense that evening.

10/10 de-stressing method
