reminder she's not my current oneitis but my old one
Context:
A year ago we were friends, but I started to like her. She showed me that she wasn't interested but I wasn't blackpilled yet and I thought I could win her over with personality / confidence over time (JFL if I were blackpilled I'd just say, "oh she's not into my looks" and stop trying immediately). Long story short my persistence ruined our friendship, we broke contact IRL and on social media and I hadn't talked to her in months.
Last week:
I hadn't seen her in many months and one day she randomly started following me again on instagram. So I just followed her back, I took it meant she was over it and wanted to be friends again. So I invited her to go out. And to my surprise she got online and replied immediately (that would never happen when I liked her)
Then she said she loved the joker, and I said I was going to invite her to watch this movie and said: wanna watch it again? She said that yes.
I didn't want it to be an awkward situation so I asked her to bring a friend with.
When I got her she was there alone, she didn't bring a friend like I asked.
I said "none of your friends wanted to come lol" and she just laughed and said it was a last minute thing and people usually go out on saturday and study on sunday
So we went to the movie theatre and sat down. We were talking while the trailers were playing. She told me she has a test the next day and that she was gonna pull an all nighter that night. So I said: lol why did you come here then? she just laughed
And that's when I realised I had forgotten to get popcorn and soda. So I said: shit we forgot the popcorn, lets run there and get it before the movie starts
She said: I don't really want anything
Me: I want
So we stood up to go get it but before we left I said: actually, can you get it for me? You already watched the movie, and I don't want to miss the beginning. So I gave her 20 bucks and she went to buy me popcorn and a coke
When she got back she gave me the popcorn and the change but she had forgotten to grab a straw for my drink.
I told her and she said: Oh plastic straws bad for sea turtles (meanwhile she had a coffee drink with a straw on her seat)
So in a very chad move I stole her straw, put it in my coke and drank from it. (bluepilled me would never have done that, but I was aware I had no chance anyways and that being nice awards you nothing so I was just fucking around)
She laughed and actually seemed to like that I did that
At the end we went shopping, her mom picked us up and she gave me a ride home and said she wants to watch some other movie other day
Anyways, no I didn't make out with her. I didn't improve significantly in looks since the time when I got rejected so it would be illogical to make a move now.
But I just find it weird that even though she's not attracted to me, she is excited to go out with me just the two of us, pay for the ticket of a movie she's seen before, choose to spend time with me at the cost of having to pull an all nighter studying and she is okay with me being rude and asking favours from her without expecting anything in return. Just very, very weird. I would never do any of those things to a girl that I deem unfuckable, as a man that would be the most cucked thing ever.
But I've made up my mind. I'll never make a move on her again. I'll keep looksmaxing and if at some point she starts finding me attractive then she can make her own move, I refuse to take the chance of misinterpreting her signs and get rejected again and potentially make our friendship awkward again. But I'm not "in love" with her as before, I would just fuck her if given the chance, that's all.
