My nose is so blocked up with hard unmoveable blood in my nose giving me migraines 24/7 ts shi so brutal but its weird that im only experiencing this nearly 3 months into it

nah it has helped me sm along with tretinoin my acne has improved alot so i just gotta thug it out

yes not a bad idea at all but my acne was so disgusting its still not perfect but the improvements are seen
