i know that the recover can be long after a cosmetic surgery is their a way to accelerate it for now im wearing my invasilign but after that i will start doing surgery to fix my undeveloped face for the first two i changed my jaw and nose and for the two last one i only morphed my nose whos like my biggest flaw i think and should i do that in turkey i saved 10k

Your biggest flaw is actually your recessed mandible & chin.
You're probably the type of patient who will benefit the most (aesthetics-wise) from a double jaw surgery with genioplasty. So that's good news.
Your morphs underestimate the positive impact of a trimax (djs + genio) on your features. Not only could your lower third gain height/projection, but your lips would also benefit from much better support (your lower lip in particular).
That said, I disagree with the previous comment about rhinoplasty becoming irrelevant after trimax ; to achieve the result you seem to be after (less dorsal height, reduced tip width), you will need a rhinoplasty.

Improved morphs :

Note that 10K (regardless of the currency $/£/€) won't suffice to cover the cost of trimax + rhinoplasty in Turkey. Expect a trimax to cost approximately 10-15K, and a rhino, 4-5K. Could be less if you're actually Turkish yourself and therefore benefit from local pricing. Could also be less if you go to surgeons who aren't popular online. But I would advise against cheapening out for such important procedures.
Also note that you may get a better deal in other countries, depending on your current location (gotta factor in travel & accomodation expenses) and nationality.

i live in france and im a french morrocan i like the first morph it look much more better than mine but i dont like the nose in the second it will look like this if i get a rhino ? okay then i will save more money ty

Dans ce cas, fais-toi opérer en France. La chirurgie des mâchoires sera en grande partie couverte par la Sécu et une assurance. D'autres ici ont été opérés dans ces conditions, et n'ont payé que 2K€. En revanche, tu devras probablement payer la rhinoplastie de ta poche (~ 4-7K€), sauf si tu souffres de problèmes respiratoires.

Non, tout dépend de la sensibilité esthétique du chirurgien et des attentes que tu auras formulées. Mon morph n'a rien de limitatif et venait simplement illustrer mon propos.

Dans l'idéal, tu voudras faire collaborer ton orthodontiste avec le chirurgien maxillofacial afin d'optimiser ton traitement orthodontique avant et après la chirurgie (cf. durée du traitement et détail des mouvements).

Tous les chirurgiens de la liste sont bons mais DM moi je te dirai le mien qui a fait du très bon travail sur moi. J’ai payé 2.8k avec mutuelle pour la trimax. Sans mutuelle ce sera aux alentours de 4k. Mais tu devras aussi payer les semestres d’orthodontie si tu n’as pas de bonne mutuelle.

Je pense que ton nez après chirurgie va beaucoup changer. Sûrement qu’il ira très bien avec le reste de tes features et tu ne voudras plus faire de rhinoplasty
