yo i think i figured out how to get my schizophrenia to go away

I just keep thinking in my head, "i invite the unseen therapist to get rid of this xyz sensation" and it fades a little bit. I just keep saying it over and over till the schizo symptom fades. It's legit ! I want to try without meds, but alas my parents will just keep feeding me the meds.
