Question is should I eat after? I mean I probably should right? At least have some BCAAs. I'll probably eat lentils, veggie, mayo, nuts, seeds, oats, blueberries, sweetened whip cream if I do decide to train.

I feel good now though, so I don't see any reason quitting the fast yet. HGH increases enormously when you train fasted so I'm even a bit tempted to keep it going post workout.

I could make a bread with peanut flour (high protein) and put hamburger cheese, tomato and basil on it. Make use of what I have basically.

Older than 25 and younger than 30 (not to dox myself haha)

I fast for 48 hour every month, and I cycle two hours daily with it too.
be sure to get enough SODIUM, MAGENESIUM and POTASSIUM
I can't stress how important these are for a water fast, without it I can't do anything.

my mental state isn't effected by fasting since ketones is a good fuel for the brain, but it isn't optimal as some people might say

oh forgot to add the amount for the minerals.
so for sodium you should take 1200-2000mg, for potassium 2000-2500 but you need more, these are just my doses are 400-600mg depending on how much hydrated I'm

you should adjust the dose on how you react to it, fasting shouldn't feel mentally straining, I think this is the best sign your dose is right for you if your body can use ketones efficently, since if you're pre diabetic or you naturally have high blood sugar levels you can't use ketones as a regular person

If you’re gonna have a big meal, might as well train before it. Or at least wait for food to drop, whenever I train full I can’t really engage my core. Different story when it’s empty

Just did 3 sets of pullups, 27 reps on the first set (maybe not the strictest form but whatever). Still haven't had any calories, but I'm thinking of drinking some grape fruit juice and BCAAs when I get home. Maybe do a 10 minute plank and then gradually start introducing food.
