Maybe you canceled a deletion request too recently? It doesn’t let you delete your account right away after you’ve recently tried. You have to wait a month after canceling your deletion request for it to be accessible again.

If you didn’t recently cancel a deletion request then I would recommend you just wait a day. Maybe it was just a temporary bug.
