Well, by "proper" I meant no head accessories, clearly shows your entire face including your cheeks and a lighting environment which does not excessively compliment your skin.

Based on this video I cannot tell if you are an overweight individual with high face fat.

But if I had to judge you based off this video then I'd say that you have appealing features which if you combine with a muscular physique and a low body fat %, can easily put you in the LowHTN to MidHTN territory

Thank you, I'm not putting my age out there, but I'm going through puberty, and it causes me to have gyno, and I also am a bit overweight according to the BMI scale. I used to be around 25% body fat last year. I eat around 2000 calories a day with 92 g of protein. This was me litterally like 2 min ago
