Still has a lot of potential if he fixed coloring; Esr and Midface seem ok, not sure about the projection of the side

We do not look at individual features alone when rating a whole head or face. That is just one part of a whole. He has decent jaw definition and a good nose, but the eye area is bad. I can agree with that.
