How many days it tooks to create an habit? I wanna sleep at 12 am and wake up at 7am. Currenly 3:34am i gotta pull up an all nighter in cause damn, im really decent at the gym and i do NOT want to lose gains. (bcs i sleep very little) Help me guys!:feelsohgod:
