Ts shi works only on fasting, insulin spike = 0 effect

Thanks for reply bhai. Do you think it will work if I will use it at the morning without breakfast? Like wake up at 9, take a pill and wait for ~5 hours? Also I heard that it will work with cardio

It works immediately if you didn't eat, effect is felt strongly after 30 minutes and reaches its maximum after 50 minutes

You don't even need exercise
