1. DIET
I didn’t want to accept this for a long time, i was eating mcdonalds/other high sauce/high carbs shit
When i switched to half KG of chicken + 3-5 eggs + nuts(wallnuts, cashewnuts etc) everyday i felt so much more aggressive/dominant /cocky
Also i look way more lean and not bloated.
Important is to figure out which foods make you bloated/nausea, for me it was thai food + fish oil and milk, since i removed those from my diet i feel 10x better and look better.
You can have a coca cola here and there and some twix or icecream but don’t binge on sweets or shitty food. Drink lots of WATER (atleast 3 l everyday, more in summer or when working out)
2.GYM
You need to go to gym 4-5-6 times a week, preferably in the morning so you feel good the whole day.
Pick workout that you enjoy doing (calisthenics or gym). get better cardio with jumprope/running(preferably sprints). you need good shoes for running and you NEED TO WARMUP before weights/calisthenics. Do not this steps because you will get injured and fuck it up.
I myself wake up every morning at 7-8 grab a banana, drink a cold brewed coffee ( warm coffee makes me stomach sick) and go jumprope for 10 minutes and then do my upper/lower (2 times a week upper, 2 times lower and 1-2 times cardio)
3. COMBAT SPORTS
This is a special section and not in gym because it’s insanly imporant.
You need to do some sort of striking 3(muay thai/boxing/mma/etc) times a week minimum, not hitting the bag but actual sparing where you get hit and you hit someone. This by itself will make you more confident and not scared of getting hit in real life, if you know you can beat anyone in the room up it will make you so much more confident and cocky.
4. SUPPLEMENTS
I only do magnesium, zinc, vitamin D3 and some general multivitamin.
You need to make sure your supplements dont make you nauseas and sick (i don’t do omega 3 fish oil because it makes me stomach sick so i just eat some fish every 2-3 days). also when protein made me sick so i just eat a ton of chicken instead.
5. SUN EXPOSURE
This is HUGE as well, you will need to get atleast 1 hour daily of sun(more is better), don’t get sunburn but full body sun exposure if possible. I walk everyday around the city for 1 hour in morning sun or afternoon, when there is shitty weather and no sun for a while i lose my aggresivness and happiness.
If you live in low sun area move somewhere else(there was a research in sweden or somewhere scandinavic because they had high standard but a lot of suicides because of no sun exposure/lack of vitamin d )
6.MEDITATION
I always though it was bullshit but i started doing it and i feel so much better (i don’t know why it works or wtf but it does), i myself put in earbuds to cancel the noise and play a chill song that i love (little to no lyrics) and try to empty my mind with my eyes closed, the song is 7 minutes so i try to focus only on my breathing during the song, empty your mind and focus on either the song or on your breathing, after i got good at with song,i do with song for 7 minutes and 4-5 minutes after without song and just try to ignore all noise and focus on my breathing.
If you get distracted its ok, just get back to focusing on your breathing and/or the song.
7.DRUGS/ALCOHOL/CIGGARETES/ETC
Coffee- i belive it is ok as long as you don’t abuse it with 2-3 cups a day, if you been doing it daily for a long time, quit it for 1-2 weeks so the tolerance resets(it will suck for those 1-2 weeks but put up with it and reap the benefits of no tolerance coffee boost in the morning).
Alcohol is ok if you do 1-2 beer once or twice a week, i would recommed even less than that so 1-2 beers per 2-3 weeks, try to avoid it completly if you can. (it actually makes you high inhib longterm), makes you low inhib short term and you get false confidence to approach chicks but longterm you get used to approaching chicks drunk which makes you a pussy when not drunk.
Smoking- if you are smoking quit it immediatly, it actually increases your anxiety and makes you high inhib. Litterrally no benefit only side effects, i dont understand people who smoke ciggaretes its just trash.
WEED- a lot of people do weed, but 90% of those who do weed are actually unhappy and addicted because their life is shitty and have to cope with weed.
Drugs- i tried almost everything and i did have fun times but after everything i tried, i figured out LSD is the only worthwile using for both the fun and longterm gain/ low risk etc etc
I do 150-200 ug of lsd every 2 weeks and it helps me a ton. Always be careful and have a tripsitter if you are inexperienced, or do lower doses. Have legit sources and don’t take something you are not 100% sure its pure. TEST IT!!!!
Doing some sort of psychadelics is KEY to longterm happiness in my opinion.
Shrooms are better in the way you will see its fuking mushrooms and not a blotter with unknown substance on it.
8. SEX/MASTRUBATION/PORN
I was and still probably am addicted to porn and when i sometimes jerk off 3 times after porn i feel how high inhib i become and i feel quite depressed after it tbh.
So remove PORN completely, i never tried complete nofap so i can’t test for that but what i do i jerk off ONCE every 2-3 days BUT using my immagination of girls i fucked already. It feels much better and makes you less shitty after it.
Optimal is no jerking off but having sex 2-5 times a week with 3-4 different girls but that is hard even for me when im in my shitty home country. While i was in Asia i fucked 3-4 girls a week and i could feel how dominant/aggressive/confident/not giving a shit i became just because of that.
That is the longterm goal not because fucking if fun but because it ALSO increase all other aspects of your life.

As opposed to mainstream beliefs having a GF will actually make you less happy longterm, because of drama, cheating, loss of time , effort, time invested, money.
I have a girl that i meet once every week or two that i fuck with but i keep it only at sex, no dates, no going out, no drinking together. She wants it to be more than that but she ain’t gonna get it.
Fucking new attractive girls consistently will make you more happier than having a girlfriend, i know because i tried.
Getting to that level is hard and for some just achiavble in Asia but the grind is worth it.
YOU NEED TO GET LAID(THIS IS BIG), it will improve your life a ton.
10. SLEEP
You need to have a consistent sleep pattern and going to sleep around 12-1 latest and waking up at 6-7. THATS what works for me. But sleeping at night is better than going to sleep at 4am and waking up at 11-12. IF you wake up always tired, feel tired, go to the fucking doctor and get checked for allergies on everything, also get checked for sleep apnea!
Change and wash your sheets once a week MINIMUM, my mom was a lazy shit so she used to change it once a month or some shit, i sleep so much better, have better skin, etc etc since i change my sheets weekly. Don’t do caffeine in the afternoon, i have only coffee in morning around 8-9 am for my workout boost.

For you to become less anxious about approaching random people/strangers you will need to do some sort of job for a while that makes you go approach random strangers and talk to them, also something that you have to perfom in front of people. I did that for 6 months and it made me so low inhib because i dont give a shit about what people think of me because i had to be a fucking clown in front of people for work.
Instead of saying nothing when you talk to people in grocerie store/food shop etc, ask them about their day, have a conversation, get some actual intrest in them.
12. FRIENDS/PEOPLE
You will have some toxic friends who make you unhappy when you spend time with them, make you feel disrespected or they are just boring, shitty or whiny. If you have friends who aren’t happy, who just complain about everything all the time it will rub off on you, trust me it will fucking rub off on you no matter how autistic you are.
GET RID OF TOXIC PEOPLE!!
Try to hangout irl with people who you actually like spending time with and make you happy, cherish those relationships.
I had friends who always talked shit when we played video games together so i don’t play with them anymore, or tell them we ain’t gonna play ever again if they dont stop trash talking.
Also i had friends who i just hangout with because we drink together, nothing else. So i cut them.
ALL people in your life are in your life because they make you more happy not less, if they make you less happy because they are in your life, they shouldn’t be.
I cut my mom out of my life, i don’t talk to her at all because she makes me less happy when i spend time with her.
13. HOBBIESS
Find hobbies that intrest you and sign up for them, i was anxious about joining a muay thai gym and it was awkward and shit at first but i started to love it and it made me more happy.
Video games are ok if you don’t spend the whole fucking day on them, i used to do that and spend 12 hours a day for video games but i realized i will never make money out of them and i rather be fucking a girl than playing video games but video games are easy pleasure while fucking a girl is hard work.
Pick up anything that you have intrest in and that benefits you in some way, like cooking-great longterm skill, gym- improves your health and physique, motorbike- makes you high on adrenaline and overall a badass.
Problem with video games they have very little real life benefits.
