im 16, 5’11 78ish kgs
i know i need to lose fat, my bodyfat% ive just been sick for a week or so and havent done anything except sleep and rest (and eat whatever my parents feed me)
ive ordered tretinoin off indiamart and its coming in four days so that should fix the bursting DISGUSTING acne also might get rid of my gf cuz she raises my cortisol asf
im aware that my jawline isnt great but im unsure how to get a stronger or more defined jaw
lmk what else to do

Mtn+ if I clear skin and debloat/ get leaner also if u want.. only if you want you could try Bonesmashing chin and zygos and before you say it’s cope it works bro but it takes a while for fibrotic tissue to build on those areas

its so cooked, my looks have descended by holy shit my brain is functioning on another level, I have a theory on a cancer treatment that I'm gonna write an article about for a young scientist award in September

Ignoring the acne (it's minimal; it doesn't matter much), your skin looks rlly nice. good base high potential. No.1 thing is lose weight.

hltn. could be 2x better if you lost weight.
