Most will not be getting plastic surgery as very few can afford it and if they can, they likely lack the will and risk on nature to do proceed with highly invasive surgeries. Any price inflation will likely be due to general economic inflation. Further, med schools would likely adjust MD and specialist intake in the case of increased surgery demand, which is likely as it would be profitable for the faculty heads of med schools to charge more tuition.

Most looksmaxxing advise is already publicly available through guides, discussions on other forums (misc/4chan/reddit), realself forums and other youtubers/tiktokers. It was likely already going to reach critical mass regardless of this forums existence, as the core philosophy had already cross-pollinated onto different social medias.

If the admin privatizes the forum, add revenue declines exponentially especially as long term forum users are unlikely, and most delete acc or become inactive within 2+ years. As a result, keeping the forum public but with momentary restrictions to new sign ups, vetting new sign ups (quiz/personal statement), creating a private separate subforum with access restricted by account age or reputation points and restricting posts of new accounts x amount per day for y period, are the only viable, long term, compromises which balance the need for add revenue against the concerns surrounding possible shift in the forum's culture.

Ultimately, there is little excuse for harassing/threatening or doxxing tiktokers sharing publicly available information, or anyone associated with the forum who shares personal information/asks for a rating. All calls/guides for doxxing should be reported and banned from looksmax as it undermines the integrity of the forum and increasing the likelihood that the forum is taken offline.

However, it does seem possible that some of these looksmax tiktokers could milk the looksmax drama for their tiktok views by possibly "feigning" being harassed, when in reality they just hire their friend to act as an angry looksmaxxer. Tiktokers jump on bandwagons so there would be little critical thought.
