testosterone levels in American men had dropped 17% between 1987 and 2004
50% decline in sperm count among Western men between 1973 and 2011, suggesting endocrine disruption at a population level.
1% per year drop, amounting to ~15% lower testosterone in a 65‑year‑old in 2002 compared to one in 1987
The median T for young men in 1960 was 750ng/dl, as of 2016 it is 483ng/dl. So over the last 60 avg test was basically cut in half
xenoestrogens are exogenous chemicals that mimic the effect of estrogen in the human body.
Some common xenoestrogens are,
Plastic
Microplastics. microscopic pieces of plastic that have eroded away. They are found in the air, water, your lungs, bloodstream, brain, testicles, and sperm.
Seed oils (vegetable, canola oil, sesame, sunflower, soy oil are associated with lower serum Testosterone because they are rich in linoic acid.
Higher omega‑6 PUFA (seed oils) intake was independently associated with lower total and free testosterone.
Parabens. Found in shampoo, deodorant, & lotion
Atrazine. Atrazine is the secondmost used herbicide in the US. Meaning they spray it on your food. Atrazine then pools into whatever water supply is nearby where it emasculates alters the androgenic expression of the local wildlife. (It gave the male frogs ovaries.) Atrazine was banned in EU in 2003 over water contamination concerns. Most water filtration systems in the US are incapable of fully removing it from the water supply.
Glyphosate is the most used herbicide in the US. It,
1. Lowers T by causing leydig cell disfunction
2. Raises estrogen by increasing the total number of aromatase enzymes in the body
3. Decreases sperm quality through oxidative stress
4. Lowers T by messing with your HPG Axis (the part of the brain responsible for male hormone production.)
5. Makes you infertile by damaging testicular tissue.
The isoflavones in SOY suppress testosterone and mimic estrogen. It decreases free T and DHT while simultaneously increasing SHBG
In the US, soy is in everything. 40% of necessary fatty acids in American diets come from soy. 7% of food is cooked in soybean oil.
40 percent of all meat and seafood products contain soy ingredients. 80% of livestock in the US are fed soybean meal. Soy is so estrogenic that it has been prescribed to post menopausal women as a form of HRT.
Phthalates. Found in perfume, makeup, air fresheners, vinyl (and plastics obv,) are anti androgenic and suppress T
Nonylphenols. Nonylphenols are found in everything. Detergent, pesticide, plastic, clothes, dyes, fabric softener, food packaging, and in TREATED sewage water. Around 40% of male fish analyzed from sewage water contaminated by "NP" were developing ovaries and were observed to have intersex gonads. One study found it fully transitioned Male salmon to Female. Male birds that were exposed to it while unhatched developing feminizing traits. It has been banned in CA, EU, and JP. Still legal in US.
Mycoestrogens are mold xenoestrogens that are found the majority of processed cereal. One study found them present in 84% of cereal.
"Young male (boars) may undergo a feminizing effect, characterized by testicular atrophy, swollen prepuce and mammary gland enlargement"
It induced early puberty in rats.
Triclosan is found in deodorant, toothbrushes, soap, hand sanitizer, cleaning products, and plastic. In male rats, it reduced serum T, downregulated leydig cell GENES, and caused cell breakdown in the testicles. Another study found it generally decreased T and caused sexual organ atrophy in both male and female rats
Oxybenzone is found in sunscreen, it lowers testosterone and impaired sperm function in adolescent boys. There are other studies on rats but they are less important because they are done on rats.
EE2. The most important xenoestrogen. EE2 is a synthetic estrogen found in birth control. Its very potent, stable in water, and is not removed by water treatment plants in the US. extremely low concentrations led to reproductive failure, feminization of males, and total population collapse in fish
66% of women ages 15-49 in the US are on birth control. 47% of the EE2 found in the pill is excreted and ends up in the sewage system. So there is estrogen in your water supply.

Why does all this matter?
Endocrine disruption makes ugly, dysgenic, and infertile people. Especially during development.
Testosterone is about as close to a "miracle drug" that most of us will get.
Schwarzenegger described the combination of roids and the pump from lifting weights as being better than sex.
Its the primary hormone driving muscle mass, strength, sex drive, mood stability, MOTIVATION, ENERGY, and cognitive performance.
We know high T has positive physical benefits, but what about the mental? Ask yourself, how much of your attitude, mood, mental health, is effected by hormonal imbalance and poor quality of life?
Most of us in the first world compared to the previous generations are living low T emasculated lives.
Testosterone induces a right wing shift in left wing people. 40% of young women are left leaning whereas only ~25% of young men in the states are left leaning.
Yes, political ideology (and any sort of idea that comes from the mind) is a hormonal and thus biological phenomena.
Some of you aren't depressed because its the rational thing to do, some of you are depressed because you are lacking in the key hormone that makes you a man.
edit: I’m on phone now so no more citing sources but HRT in young girls transitioning drastically improved the mood and ambition for about a week where it then made them moody and anti social.
If you fix your hormones and lifestyle, everything will change.
