so naturally if you are working close to another female who is underperforming, you are called out as the one failing to do good enough and forced to pick up the slack

i work picking fruit right now, ive seen her move branches from the bush to the side a male is working on and call him back to pick the fruit.


when i was working in the packhouse part of this business, i also saw foids verbally abuse men who were minding their own businesses and the witnesses with a high enough job role to hold the people accountable shake their heads at us men and pretend they saw nothing
