Ignoring the obvious answers of investment + looksmaxxing young, as well as whatever you mentioned

Probably try to build my knowledge or skill in hobbies tbh. Good cope to be really good at something, makes me feel more satisfied with myself. Read more and spend more time practicing guitar etc. Also sportsmaxx.

I don't think I would go back in time.

A lot of really crucial things and people I met for my development were so incidental, and while I would retain that knowledge/experience gained, I would also lose some friends.

Also, some peoples lives would be worse off objectively without my intervention, intervention that happened since my life progressed exactly the way it did.

If I was forced to, I would do as @apemaxxed did, with the addition of messing around with drugs earlier.

When I was a teen , i was only into Stacys and I couldnt get them back then. Beckys never interested me.

And my household was horrible, my father beating up my mom and shit.

What could I have done different ? Nothing. My life would have been the same, even with all the knowledge.
