Youth is your most important asset; protect it with all your effort.

Unlike women, we men can keep looking young for a long, long time.
Yes, you need good genetics, but you're already equipped with skin that is far more elastic and less wrinkles-prone than women.
Our reproductive systems don't plummet the way women's do, but rather our testosterone steadily lowers after our 40s.

Stop taking shorcuts that destroy your health and youth. You will regret it.
Prolonging your prime for as long as possible should be your biggest priority once you're past age 25.

Beyond the usual stuff everyone knows ages you (sun, smoking, alcohol...) your biggest enemies are:
  • STRESS - if your job makes you a lot of money but gives you little free time, FIND ANOTHER JOB.
  • HAIRLOSS - not really a lot you can do if you're cursed with balding, I know. But if you can fix it, do everything you can to do it! That doesn't mean you have to be NW1 for your entire life, but you can still look youthful with a NW2, not so much with a NW5.
  • SLEEP DEPRIVATION - structure your daily life around your sleep. Build a pre-bed routine. Track your sleep data. The alarm you set for when you go to bed is far more important than the one you set for when you wake up.
Stop thinking in terms of: "I am X years old" but rather start thinking in terms of "I look X years old. how can I look younger and keep looking younger?".

how the fuck?
1. Consistent strength training throughout his entire life (with proper balance, not chasing PRs), cardio only low intensity, stretching.
2. No processed food
3. Sunscreen, hats, sunglasses
4. Stress avoidance - he says feeling young is partly mental. He always thinks positively. He is unmarried with no kids which does wonders for free time, mental health, and sleep habits.

BIG FAN MAN I love your old threads :p youth is so underrated on this forum most dont understand its important

You should have add the importance of diet when it comes on to youth

unmarried with no kids
ive noticed the most important thing to be youthful as long as possible.

Chuando Tan
Jared Leto
Keanu Reeves

All of them are child free. Basically family life will drain your youth.

how the fuck?

Rich as fuck no doubt.

Wageslaving is what causes 99% of me looking old and ugly. The cortisol, the lost sleep, the lack of time to looksmax in, the brutal outdoor commute, the postural issues from sitting in a desk and the shit pay that prevents me from buying the surgeries I need.

No doubt about it, but it's not family life itself, it's lack of sleep.
I've seen men who have kids, they barely sleep for the first 2 years and that ages you SO quick.
Once the kid is older it's not as dramatic I guess - but those first years of sleepless nights hit hard, especially if you have multiple kids back to back within a few years.

Ultimately, I think I will still want to have children someday - but I hope I will be rich enough to raise them comfortably without sacrificing sleep. I guess those noble families in the past who had entire teams of servants dedicated to each kid knew what they were doing.

If you aren't one of the wildfire bald by 21 guys you can prevent or delay balding a long time without drugs that screw you up by never letting that 2nd head develop that makes it very hard and long to reverse balding.
