It is clear that you are thinning then and enroute baldness. Some people recede from the crown and hairline until it meets and their absolutely bald.

Others thin all over their head slowly.

If you really want to keep your hair, but not risk your genital by taking finasteride. Then I'd recommend the below.

1. PRP (look into this)
2. Minoxidil (use foam version if you experience itchy scalp and flaking from liquid version)
3. Chemical free DHT blocker shampoo
4. Head massage - every time you shower spend 5 minutes massaging your hair with the chemical free shampoo.
5. Biotin tablets and make sure you get your daily vitamins + plenty of vitamin D

Do the above and if after 12 months you've done all the above and your hair hasn't restored, then it's game over.

Good news is then that there are some amazingly realistic custom hair pieces.
