I think it’s because if you become slightly bloted at low bf it looks shit and unbalanced.

Yes it's bloat and inflammation from carbs and sugar

Your diet isn't perfect and you aren't fasting daily, not enough water

When you really perfect your diet you'll know what it is you need to do moving forward so try to elimate processed carbs and sugar

Fruit only. Grains quinoa and brown rice are fine

40grams of carbs per day, home-cooked meals, no sugary bullshit, not even coke zeros and shit
