I truly believe in semen retention combined with meditation to relase that sexual energy for a better use, I feel like my energy is keep increasing each day, I feel like a child again, especially thanks to meditation, I truly feel 'blessed' right now, just good vibes, chilling, time is moving slower, I haven't got that feeling for a really long time, just pure peace, it might last for just a moment, something will get my attention to a negative light, but right now it doesn't matter

Can you tell me your routine because I don't feel so energetic even when I reach day 5 or 10. Also, how do you meditate and at what time of the day?

At the morning, 10-15 minutes, I try to focus on my breathe, cut off the monkey brain that constantly wants me to do something, act on habits, it's refreshing
