It seems like everywhere I go people are either apathetic sheep who live day by day in inane drudgery or mentally ill schizos who believe in absurd ideologies. Why is modern culture so utterly detestable and ignorant despite us living in the most scientifically enlightened era yet? You would think with all this knowledge people would be able to come up with some good ideas on how to create a positive culture. I cannot think of a definitive explanation for this.

@AlexBrown84 I have found that no matter where you travel it will always suck in one way or another. The key is finding a type of shittiness that you can deal with and a lifestyle that makes that shittiness bearable. No matter where you go life will suck, but you have the freedom to chose how it will suck.

For me, I find that people in asia, even if their countries have a miserable quality of life will at least try to care about you so long as you help out and follow the rules. Western countries on the other hand have a decent standard of living yet are filled with the most utterly heartless and shallow people. @Jamesothy you can complain all you want about chinese people ignoring some injured people over fear of getting falsely accused of a crime but at the end of the day this cannot even come close to the abyss of callousness and capriciousness that is your average woman born on the american west coast.

We live life how we choose to. But also how we were raised to. So there's a good logical reason for boot camp before entering a battlefield. It's to prepare you for that battle. Well, parenting is supposed to be in the same likeness. But with today's creepy social networks flooded with strangers, trolls, adversaries, hate groups, and the worst of them all, politicians seeking personal greed and mark into history as to the legend of moron, parenting boot camp has closed. So now the kids are tossed into the battlefield with no training. And ugh, it isn't delightful for them. Their feelings get hurt easily. They're also naive to confrontation with hidden agendas. So they're used for other people's gain.

We should never have allowed the ostracization of dads because moms have become wage slaves. So the little ones are left home alone conversing with strangers, trolls, adversaries, hate groups, and the worst of them all, politicians.

I hope I've brought something to this table, and if I haven't, oh fucking well. Sue me.

This is not what I am talking about. I can get sex but not any meaningful relationship in the west. Recently, a guy I knew had a girlfriend who cheated on him with 3 black guys in a row because she "didn't feel loved."
