you can't lose in 20 cals since you can't know your exact maintenance calories

Not big enough tho.

However. I used to train 5-6 days a week between Sept - Dec 2022.

Since Jan 2023 I've been doing 2-3 days a week on average. I'm like 90% of the strength I was at my peak. Feels good still and I'm definitely like 3-5% bf less. Still a bloatcel.
