Studies show that you can get 64% of gains of a gymmaxxer by doing just 1-4 sets a week
Of course that doesn't work if you've been training for years but most gains are made in the first year anyway
No excuse now, even I'm gonna get into this and I'm the laziest motherfucker on this forum

Really just doing pushups, pull ups and dips thrice a week is all it takes to not look disgustingly flabby at a low bf%

You can buy some rings for 20€ and do it in 20 minutes. There is literally no excuse not to do the bare minimum of exercise.
