Just talk about how you wasted 2-3 years trying to fix yourself—gym, skincare, jaw exercises, eating clean, sleeping early, all of it. And then one day you're out in public, thinking maybe you're finally starting to look decent, and some girl looks right past you like you're not even real. No reaction. No second glance. Like you're just part of the background.
Go off about how blackpilling it is when you realize all that work didn’t move you even one tier higher. You're still in the same category you were when you started: irrelevant.
Add how it hits different when you see guys who don’t even try, don’t even care, still getting female attention just for existing. Meanwhile you're doing everything right, every day, and nothing changes. You feel like a clown.
Basically:
"improvements only matter if you were already in the game. if you're not, nobody gives a fuck."
No metaphors. Just pure frustration and reality.
