that's because the type of person who both can afford and chooses to buy a bunch of vegan bullshit is generally from an upper social class enviroment with financial stability, more stable families, low stressors and lower toxins

Like what kind of leafy greens? I get headaches from those green powders - wheat, barley, etc., how do you explain this?

All of them. Spinach, Kale, everything available, just cycle them they all have different benefits.

Broccoli, Carrots, and other veggies too.

I don't juice, I eat raw because any chance to use jaw muscles will help your face shape. It all adds up. I eat lean meat too, because animal fat may lead to clogged arteries, so if the meat is stripped of most of it's fat I get the protein benefits, plus you have more caloric budget for anti-oxidant rich veggies and fruits.

I think Bryan Johnson eats meat if I remember correctly and he's the biggest anti aging guy

He's anti-aging regimen doesn't seem to do much though, genetics are probably the most important part, just look at guys like Brad Pitt or Johnny Depp who kept their youthful looks until their 50s even though they didn't live a very healthy life, they smoked and drank alcohol while others who are health fanatics aged like crap...

I’ve been doing a blend of carrot, apple, cucumber and beet juice.

Good shit. Very primal.

No he’s vegan. And that’s why he looks like shit. The only thing saving him is his TRT.

im not falling for this vegan propaganda today

I get asked ID at the nightclub entrance and I am 30.

he's had work done, look at his nose, how his face is stiff and doesn't move properly.

Brian Johnson is a vegan. He specifically doesn't eat meat.

Look at Jared Letto. These pics are him at 50, and he's almost completely vegan. His diet centers around fresh fruits, vegetables, beans, nuts, and seeds.

Other guys that are aging well like Jason Statham and Brad Pitt, eat Veggies and Lean Meat (Fat Removed), eggs, and fish. Which is what I do. Vegetables are anti-aging.

Johnny Depp also eats lean meet (fat removed), fish and veggies.

The guys that are "health fanatics" but aging like crap are doing something wrong. Brian Johnson for one completely avoids the sun (very unhealthy), and excessively does IPL therapy on his skin depleting stem cells and forcing too much change. He's also taking testosterone which is super unhealthy and pro-aging when taken unnaturally.

he's aging like crap because he starves himself to live longer. He's super lean, which is why all his wrinkles and jaw pop which does look great in the young age but doesn't in his. Also I think he knows more about anti aging than ppl here, he literally has a program which is curated by professional doctors and specialists.

He doesn't do anything wrong, he is just super lean while being whiter than the snow. It is a mogger combo if you want to look like a corpse.

If you listen to the doctors he has on his team in interviews, they default to recommendations of central authority medical bodies. This covers them if anything doesn't work out because they can pass off the blame.

But it means much of what he's optimizing for is pseudo-science. He tries to keep things in "Optimal ranges" and injects-T to keep his T in "Normal Ranges" which for the most part is all pseudo-science. Testosterone is the trade-off hormone between masculinity and aging, and he's balancing things towards masculinity when his body is telling him it needs to focus more on repair with his low Calorie intake.

He's choosing muscles over anti-aging.

His entire approach is wrong as well. He's optimizing for "aging bio-markets" that are incomplete, rather than continuing to learn the theories around aging. These leads to optimizing bio-markers in the short term, that don't optimize longevity. Like stem cell depletion for example, which can't be measured. The more stem cells are forced to divide, the more DNA damage is accumulated in them. So you may see aging bio-markers that you can measure come down, in the long run you die earlier.

He does a shit ton of things wrong. Still better than the average person eating a ton of processed foods. And it's cool he's starting a trend.

If we do go by aging bio-markers, there are other people beating him with different protocols in the aging Olympics. All in all, he's a huge positive force for the world in moving the culture, and focus towards full aging reversal treatments, but he's not perfect.

You are really into this topic, damn.
Yeah ig you are right to my limited knowledge, he does lots of things both right and wrong

About the calorie intake, it's proven that the less calories you take the more you live. Well, not actually proven, but there's correlation between calorie consumption and longetivity. I tend to agree with him more about that moment.

At what age do you think I should start eating veggies and cut meat? I'm 18

Calorie restriction extends life in animals and might extend life in humans.

But just I doubt it will have the same effects when you inject-T. Injecting estrogen into male mice extends their lifespan, https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33788371/, as expected.

But again Brian Johnson is injecting T (Unless he changed that about his protocol)

The earlier the better.

Aging is exponential.

From my limited knowledge eggs may not have the same pro-aging effects. Also it's animal fat that accumulates in the blood vessels and leads to plaque, while other kinds of fat like avocado fat do not. Vegetables have things that can clean out your blood vessels, so if you eat mostly veggies and some meat, you're probably good. If you look into papers on "The blue zones" you'll see this Mediterranean style eating that's healthy.

If you listen to social media carnivores, and their arguments that the "blue zones" ate mostly meat, it's all bullshit and mis-representing the facts. If some one doesn't eat vegetables at all, don't listen to anything they have to say because they're an idiot.

Again I eat lean meat (fat removed) because I want bigger muscles, and vegetables are so low calorie you can always eat a bunch of them and get their benefits. Fruit is good too. The little bit of animal fat (arterial plaque) I do eat probably get's cleaned out with fasting, and berberine supplementation.
