you can pretend like all surgeries were not surgeries/were not for cosmetic reasons

  1. bimax - oh, i had sleep apnea
  2. any eye surgery - oh, i had vision issues and had laser work done (they will have no idea what the fuck this means)
  3. jaw /chin implants - oh, i've just been going to the gym more
  4. rhinoplasty - oh, i had a deviated septum restricting my airway (they wont know the difference between septoplasty and rhinoplasty)
  5. infraorbital rim implant/inframalar implant - they won't be able to put a finger on why you look different

Based. Never admit to any surgeries, but if you have no choice, it must be "functional"

They can't even conceptualize the idea, for example, of an infraobirtal-malar implant. They will see something's different about your face but the idea that a custom-designed piece of material can be placed in the area below your eye, let alone why someone would want to do that, evades the possibility of thought for 99% of people

The vast majority of people will believe if you are a skilled liar. Just say it confidently. 80% of cosmetic surgeries are unfathomable to most people anyway.

And also
1. delete all traces of your pre-surgical persona from all social media
2. never show any of your intimate partners anything of how you looked before

You know those before-after fat to gymcel transitions, guys who post this on their insta think its a slay but really its just advertising to stacies "Look, I was genetic trash." no matter how impressive the transition, no matter how much willpower it reveals it is an extreme ick to girls

I hate myself everyday for investing in Cryptocurrency. I had close to a 100k portfolio that tanked down to a quarter of that. SURGERY IS THE BEST INVESTMENT, BAR NONE

If you surgically ascend 1.5 psl points, you would get promotions and raises at your job 250% quicker and they will pay for themselves and more

this is all assuming btw, that people actually notice you had something

bimax is very noticeable if you were legit recessed, and only slightly so if not
most individual eye surgeries are not noticeable
people literally get more defined jaws/cheeks from gymcelling more
rhinoplasty is usually noticeable so this cant be avoided

Don't worry, they won't even notice
No one notices or cares.

Most people here are aspie and have zero friends (me included). Surgery maxxing is based. If a surgery is shown to ascend you than do it.

Exactly.

I would rather die trying to ascend,

Than live a life wageslaving, as a fucking sub 6 normie. My biggest fear is dying as a normie.

Medical reasons, bimax is done to open up airways and cure/prevent sleep apnea.

Wear lifts + height shoes for 6 months gradually making yourself taller every month. Then get the surgery. Say it was to correct some leg problems. Enjoy the new height.

Tbh bimax isn't only cosmetic surgery, my orthodontist told me I should have it to avoid jaw pain when I'm older

It can't be lied about really, but it will still probably go under everyone's radar. Just hard for a normie to conceptualize the change, and the difficulty in conceptualizing it would inhibit their being aware of what exactly has changed

They might vaguely perceive that something is different but not be able to pin it down since its an area of the face that most people can't conceptualize being changeable via plastic surgery, let alone understand the facial aesthetics behind why someone would want to get such an implant. Since it's so far beyond the realm of conceptualization, even though they perceive something is noticeably different they would be unlikely to chalk it up to cosmetic surgery, let alone experience the thought: "I notice something is very different about his undereye area, zygomatic arch, and ogee curve. He must have undergone cosmetic surgery to improve this facial region!"

tbh normies don't even know that there exists facial plastic surgeries beyond lip filler, rhinoplasty, facelift, botox, maybe buccal fat pat removal. maybe jaw/chin work. But even if you get a genioplasty, which tend to be fairly dramatic, you can just say it was "jaw surgery" and that it was also for "sleep apnea."

also if your ifnraorbital rim implants solved noticeable undereye bags you can just say - "got a new under eye cream! skincare is a life saver!" and its the rings that is probably more noticeable to normies than increased projection of the upper maxilla lol

You can also blame the height on a spine problem.

two surgerys you can openly get away with:
trimax and rhino
both are just as much used for functional issues as cosmetic ones. you just mention the funtional benefits like breathing and sleep apnea

implants, fillers, eye area - all this is social suicide and cannot be kitty talked

I think most eyes, and implants can still be

But most fillers, no

Yeah just say "Oh i've been working on my posture" jfl

Just say you got in an accident and they had to give you a titanium orbital (same thing happened to Norman Reedus when he was in a car accident and this also changed his eye area).

nigga how do you fake a car accident😭

The king of unkittyable cosmetic surgeries is lip filler. everyone knows about it, it's probably the most common plastic surgery there is even though 99% of people who get it don't need it or it does nothing for them, and then 75% of people who do it end up getting way too much, and has no functional benefits. And its just easy to conceptualize that a plastic surgery has been done: "The Lip has been Filled."

Spine surgery. If you are that desperate lmaom

The best thing is to get your surgeries at a transition in your life, i.e. after university before getting a job, after leaving a job etc
Then it's just a matter of explaining to your family and any close friends

Why lie? Normies would understand.

I would tell them the truth.

I would tell them I just had an orbital box osteotomy with bilateral tripod osteotomies to double my facial height to width ratio and increase my palpebral fissure length and a 12 mm quandrangular modified Lefort 3 as described by Dr. Sinn with a 10 mm Lefort I with 5 degrees of counterclockwise rotation and a mandibular BSSO with 3 inches of advancement and a chin wing osteotomy to create a hyper ante face which was discovered by Dr. Sailer who I could not afford to go to. I threw in an Almond eye surgery Dr. Taban style, meaning with lateral canthoplexy, lower lid retraction surgery and orbital decompression. I made an aggressive wraparound jaw implant with exactly these specifications: 15 mm of lateral jaw angle augmentation with 6 mm horizontal augmentation to my ramus. I used PEEK not silicone and remembered to use 2 titanium screws on each side for fixation. As for the chin, I recontoured it to a wide square style.
