You can look in the mirror and easily tell if you can be HTN+ with reasonable surgeries.

If you are unsure, you are cooked.

But if you are like “Uhh so Trimax would fix that, maybe a filler or two over there, maybe some Infras or a buccal fat. Yeah that would definitely do the job” yeah ur good

But if you are really unsure, ur probably cooked.

Your jaw can be ass, maybe even under eyes, or bloaty looking. You just gotta make sure your ratios aren’t pure ass
