No, from Dr Christoph Moschik
He is working in a major city near me.
But its better that way because only the 8mm device fitted me, so imo it was a good decision to go to him first

because Andrei is cost efficient and he does MSDO also

my IMW is about 35mm which might sound "meh, narrow"
but in comparsion to my 60 cm skull circumference, 68mm IPD (proven) and (I am guessing here) 6 inch+ bizygo, this IMW is pathetically narrow in relation
funnily enough my midface is actually shorter than average, I have a more protruding nose tip which looks quite harmonious from front but fucking stupid from side

I have a pool of possible surgeries I want, probably all of them

(any) LeFort 1, BSSO, short chinwing/chin shield, MSE (2 times), MSDO, Otoplasty and I want to try facemask which I would be using on my 2nd MSE to overbridge the time until I have enough money for the Bimax (or best case scenario, I dont need bimax then anymore)

I aspire those procedures definitely
still thinking about: Septoplasty and Rhino for Nose tip (as I complained about earlier) and at most a hairtransplant (but unlikely)
maybe some sort of brow lift to pull the lateral brows backwards and bit upwards but idk, I think wont need it

If you go aggressive on the facemask you might need some lower jaw advencement but good surgery plan good luck on it

everything good, slight dorsal hump but the tip is my major concern
I would get the nosejob after all the procedures

but if I only get 3 or less mm's then I will get bimax anyway or I would just jut this small gap and hope that my jaw gets used to it and remodels. idk
